Our “family” of services has certainly grown throughout the past 40 years. We started with Fischer Plumbing in 1977 and now include Fischer Electric, Fischer Restoration, Fischer Sewer, and Fischer Heating & Air.  But our family is even more than that - it includes all our employees and customers. By treating them with respect, honesty, integrity and compassion, we are rewarded with their trust and loyalty in return.  Those long-term relationships are at the heart of what we do – and are why we do it every day.

Ask any Fischer employee about our company philosophy and you will hear the same refrain: “make it fun, get it done.”  We recognize how hard our team members work to take such exceptional care of our customers. We do our best to foster a culture of fun, engagement and communication that makes it even easier – and more enjoyable – for them to do their jobs so well. Safety is always top of mind, and we do everything we can to ensure each technician’s well-being.  We never believe in cutting corners to save money, and value safety before budget every time.

Our pay structure is unique in that we offer non-commission-based competitive wages. By eliminating the burden of commissions, our technicians can do what they are trained to do – assess a situation and fix a problem. There's no pressure to have to up-sell customers on add-ons they might not need.

We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical and flexible PTO days. We also offer two paid days off at Christmas and Thanksgiving, because celebrating those special holidays together is important. Several times a year, we cater breakfast for our employees as a nice way to start the day. Again, it is all about family.

We are always looking for experienced technicians – as well as those that are good human beings, and are willing to learn the trade – to join our team and learn the Fischer way of delivering exceptional customer service.

All of our mitigation technicians are IICRC certified.  If you have no experience but pass a probationary period, Fischer pays for your training.

Fischer is also an experienced general contractor. We are always looking for skilled trades people with experience in drywall repairs, carpentry, painting, light plumbing & electrical work and general handyman skills.
